2. Collecting personal information

  • provide FT with statistical information about our members
  • deal with enquiries and complaints made by or about you relating to modding
  • keep our team secure and prevent fraud
  • verify compliance with the terms and conditions governing the use of our team and website; including monitoring private messages sent through our private messaging services, within our capabilities.
  • If you submit personal information for publication, we will publish and otherwise use that information in accordance with the licence you grant to us.
  • Your privacy settings can be used to limit the publication of your information available, and can be adjusted using privacy controls.
  • we may supply the details you have provided us to FT, in accordance with their governing terms, however;
  • we will not, without your express consent, supply your personal information to any other third party for the purpose of their or any other third party's direct marketing.

  • We may disclose your personal information to any of our Head Team, FT, OOCOC, and Web Admin insofar as reasonably necessary for the purpose of the Dream Team.

  • in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk)

  • Except as provided in this policy, we will not provide your personal information to third parties.

5. International data transfers

  • You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet
  • You are responsible for keeping the password you use for accessing our panel/website/mute forum confidential; we will not ask you for your password (except when you log in to our website)
  • Ultimately, we cannot guarantee that other members will not misuse the information that you have provided, however; we will take adequate steps to ensure your personal safety, to the best of our abilities.
  • We do not condone the misuse of your information, and any member believed to have contravened your rights will be expelled from all Dream Team rooms, websites and services with immediate effect.

  • We may update this policy from time to time by publishing a new version on to the live link.
  • You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes to this policy.
